1. How can I request a new feature/enhancement for a product?

Option A : Send an email to 'helpdesk@innnovapptive.com' with the details of the new feature or enhancement request. Innovapptive helpdesk team will reach out to for additional details. 

Option B : Raise a new feature request by directly logging into the helpdesk portal under 'Forums' -> General Category -> Feature Requests

The enhancement requests will be sent to the Product development team for review and evaluation and based on the product roadmap and release plan, the feature requests that are accepted will be included in the product roadmap.

2. What are Innovapptive’s maintenance and release schedules? How often do you release a

hot fix, support pack, minor and major release?
